Our Hometown

She came home to bury her estranged father and renovate her childhood home—not relive her worst heartbreak, face the secrets of her past, and dodge an elusive stalker.

Ten years after leaving her hometown and the ex who shattered her heart, Lucy James is back in the waterfront city of Edmonds. Her mission? Support her quick-witted siblings and flip their childhood home—a project she hopes will propel her solo career as an interior designer and help her break free from her boss who intentionally keeps her stuck with an assistant title.

But the best contractor in town? None other than Nicolás Mendez—her ex and the last person she wants to spend all of October, November, and December in close quarters with.

And as if returning to a home filled with grief and difficult childhood memories isn’t bad enough, she must also deal with mysterious escalating break-in attempts and threatening messages at the house.

Lucy has convinced herself holding onto the painful secrets of her past is what’s best for everyone. But holding on to them may cost her more than she’s willing to lose.

An Indian-ish Proposal

When Sammi Miller meets Ajay Ferreira, a brilliant Indian tech executive, she thinks she’s found him. Once she lets Ajay into her heart and world though, she learns Ajay has a secret of his own: his parents’ expectation for him to marry a south Indian woman of their choosing. This puts their relationship in question and sends Sammi’s ADHD and anxiety into overdrive.

Will Ajay muster the courage to stand up to his parents? Can Sammi let go of her fears and adapt to a culture vastly different from her own?

An Indian-ish Proposal is filled with clashing cultural expectations and humorous family dynamics, making for a heartwarming and sometimes painfully realistic love story.

Hilarious and heartfelt debut novel about the challenges and barriers cross-cultural experiences families face when blending families. Molly has a ton of wit, smarts, and the ability to make you go, "OMG - did she just say that out loud?"

An Indian-ish Proposal Amazon Review

Praise & Reviews

Sammi and Ajay's romance demonstrates the confusion, misconceptions, and eventual humor that occurs when two dramatically different cultures collide. Just like the movie, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, this novel is a multicultural romp that underlines the most important things in life: Love and Family.

An Indian-ish Proposal

Amazon Review

I am having heart palpitations over this dually-culturalized, romantical page-turner. Speaking of dually, a second book for Sammi and Ajay, kripaya?
